About EdgePulse
EdgePulse is a small, independent infrastructure service built for teams that want reliable latency and uptime signals from the edge without running a full observability platform on their own.
Many engineering teams already have logs, traces, dashboards, and incident processes. What they are missing is a simple, reliable stream of metrics that reflects what actually happens close to their users, across edge locations and networks.
Instead of adding yet another complex UI or data store, EdgePulse focuses on a narrow job: collect, normalize, and ship edge telemetry in a way that fits into the tools and workflows you already have.
How teams use EdgePulse
Teams usually start by wiring a single critical path through EdgePulse: for example, an authentication flow, a checkout endpoint, or a public API method. Once the first path is instrumented, they use the same pattern for the rest.
Signals are surfaced in existing dashboards and alerts, so on—call engineers can see when something breaks in a specific region, network, or runtime before it becomes a global incident.
Contact & support
EdgePulse is maintained by a small distributed team in Europe. Response times are measured in hours, not days, and support is handled directly by engineers.
